Environmental Climate Control is completely dedicated to total customer service and support. Our service department is fast, efficient and always prepared to help. Not only do we work closely with our clients throughout a project, but for many years to come. After 25 years of business, ECC still maintains and repairs H.V.A.C systems for some of our first customers -- Proof of our integrity, honesty, loyalty and commitment to our clients' heating and air conditioning needs.

Inspections

The primary purpose of our on-site inspections is to provide recommendations that will improve the performance of a system and identify potential problems whenever possible. Our Technical Services Director can propose the best solutions with effectiveness, budget and efficiency as our main goal.

24 Hour Services

Environmental Climate Control's service technicians are always on call -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all 365 days of the year. We are qualified to provide emergency service and repairs to chillers, temperature controls, boilers, rooftop package units, computer rooms, pumps, variable air volume units (VAV's) and much more.

Parts

ECC's warehouse and fleet are fully stocked with most parts any customer would need for an emergency service call. In addition, we maintain strong relationships with many Tri-State Area suppliers who can provide us with equipment and material quickly and at a reasonable price.

Preventive Maintenance

We take pride in our track record for providing comprehensive preventive maintenance for our clients. Each preventive maintenance agreement is customized to fit our customers' specific needs and budget. Preventing issues before they happen is a key element of our efficient customer service. Safety

Our technicians are certified to handle refrigerant and are trained in the latest safety procedures and regulations. All ECC service technicians are OSHA 10 - OSHA 30 certified and have vast experience working in all types of facilities including: data centers, hospitals, schools, houses of worship and large residential/commercial buildings.
