Celebrating Over 25 Years of Excellence
About Us
Environmental Climate Control started as a small H.V.A.C service and maintenance company in 1987. Twenty-five years later, ECC is one of the most respected mechanical contractors in the Tri-State Area.

Started by Ken O'Boyle and Eric Koeser, ECC set out to be a better construction company with solid principles and ethics. Their vision included an expansive and well rounded work force capable of handling the countless issues the H.V.A.C industry encounters on a daily basis. Soon enough, ECC would expand its staff and in-house services to include sheet metal fabrication/installation, mechanical piping , and building management control systems.

The core values of honesty, integrity and customer service have been the driving force in ECC's success for over twenty-five years...

Our Mission...

To build client loyalty upon a foundation of honesty, expertise and personalization for each and every firm we serve regardless of size.
To continually strive to learn, to adapt rapidly to change and to channel our energies to fulfill and exceed our clients' expectations.

Environmental Climate Control concentrates primarily on commercial, industrial and institutional markets. In addition, ECC is expanding it's residential services in response to Superstorm Sandy and our service department maintains H.V.A.C systems for several large residential complexes. ECC also excels in designing, installing and maintaining data centers, clean rooms and medical imaging centers.

Safety will always be a primary concern for ECC. Our safety director is OSHA 500 certified and all field workers are either OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 certified.
