In-House Sheet Metal

Our in-house sheet metal manufacturing facility along with skilled sheet metal designers and mechanics, provide custom duct-work bends, shapes and patterns specific to the demands of each individual project. ECC's union sheet metal workers have completed a comprehensive four-year apprenticeship including 700 hours of classroom instruction and over 8,000 hours of on the job training. Our Journey-Persons are continually trained in virtually every facet of the industry. ECC's commitment to ongoing training guarantees that our employees will always bring a broad and informed perspective to your project.

Capabilities

Our ability to manage projects from the concept stage to the physical installation of equipment helps our customers save time and money. We have a full service installation staff and the necessary equipment to handle all aspects of a project while on site.

ECC employs expert draftsmen who are continually trained in the latest digital technologies. Our staff can provide professional drawings using Auto CAD for any Design Build work and all Plan and Spec commercial duct-work fabrication and installation projects.

In-House Fabrication

Many of our clients utilize ECC for the fabrication of their custom metal products. We work with our customers throughout the design phase of a project to ensure all fabrication and quality specifications are met. ECC's sheet metal staff are experienced in fabricating and installing galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper and black iron in a variety of gauges and size including welded duct-work.
